What is the machine is not powered on?
For Enigma and E'Line models, the serial number sticker can be found below the drip tray. Lift the drip try out and the serial number is on the chassis below.
For Cameo, the serial number sticker can be found by removing the left bean hopper. With the bean hopper removed, the sticker is viewed from the back of the machine looking forward as below.
